Geoff Berman and Steve Victor contribute to Strategic Alternatives for and Against Distressed Businesses.

DSI is pleased to announce that Geoff Berman and Steve Victor have contributed chapters to the 2017 edition of Strategic Alternatives for and Against Distressed Businesses.  Geoff and Steve authored the chapters on the use of General Assignments for the Benefit of Creditors, Geoff authored the chapter on using General Assignments in California, and they co-authored the chapter on the first 30 days of an assignment case.
