Case Narrative
Najeeb Khan allegedly engaged in a long-running check kiting scheme at Interlogic Outsourcing Inc. (“IOI”), a payroll processing company he owned and ran in Elkhart, IN. Proceeds from the scheme were used to support a lavish lifestyle including numerous properties and investments, and most visibly, to amass a classic car collection with over 250 vehicles and motorcycles. DSI was appointed as the Chapter 11 trustee to identify and liquidate assets of Mr. Khan’s and will ultimately disburse funds to victim creditors. The auction of the classic cars took place in October 2020, the total selling price for the lots sold was over $44 million.
