With a heavy heart, I inform you of the passing of Development Specialists, Inc. (DSI) Founder and Executive Chairman William A. ‘Bill’ Brandt, Jr. after a long illness. To all of us at DSI, Bill was a mentor, colleague, and friend. He brought a depth of knowledge and creativity to every situation that was unparalleled in our industry.

DSI will continue to provide the high level of service to clients that Bill established and demanded from DSI. Our team of experienced professionals will remain in place, continuing to serve our clients and the restructuring industry as a whole.

As you would expect from a leader like Bill, he put in place a succession plan years ago. I will continue as President and CEO and our Senior Managing Directors will continue their roles at DSI. As a team, we will move forward to build on Bill’s legacy.
