Michael Prell is an Asscociate in the Chicago office.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Prell served as an Audit Senior Associate at KPMG, where he primarily focused on performing audits in the investment management and real estate sectors. In his role,  Mr. Prell served as the lead auditor for financial statement and federal compliance audits. Additionally, he performed audit procedures surrounding the valuation of portfolio securities, as well as evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls.
