KDA Holdings is a design/build specialty services firm which concentrates on facilitating growth strategies for financial institutions and healthcare markets.  It provides real estate design, development and construction management services, building banking and healthcare-related buildings.  DSI was retained by one of the company’s subordinated debt holders to evaluate the company and assist strategically in restructuring efforts.  The company was able to restructure its obligations with the subordinated debt holder DSI represented.
