Case Narrative
DSI was retained to provide expert testimony on behalf of Baptist Hospital of Miami regarding economic damages and to develop a methodology to rebut the plaintiffs’ expert’s damage analysis in a lawsuit brought by doctors against this Miami hospital. DSI led a team that developed a competing damage model and advised the client as to the veracity of the plaintiffs’ damage model. DSI advised the client during a successful mediation and the matter was settled.
