Case Narrative

Colo.com was one of the largest providers of neutral colocation services in the country.  The company had developed 26 sites throughout the United States with approximately 650,000 gross square feet of state of the art colocation space, constructed at a cost of more than $750 million.  After the company filed its petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code, DSI was retained as Consultant to the Debtor and in that capacity worked closely with both the debtor and the unsecured creditors’ committee in order to manage the sale process of the debtor.  As part of this process, DSI contacted and negotiated with over 300 interested parties.  During the case, at the request of both the creditors’ committee and the debtor, DSI’s scope was expanded to allow for DSI to assist the debtor with the wind down of the administration of the estate.
