Case Narrative

DSI was the Financial Advisor to Cooker Restaurant Group, a casual dining restaurant chain with approximately 60 locations. DSI prepared projections and analyses for negotiations with the various constituencies, which included lenders, bondholders, the creditors’ committee and landlords.  DSI provided strategic crisis management to the Debtor in the preparations for and implementation of a Chapter 11.  DSI assisted in the creation of a plan of reorganization “new value plan” to confirm the Chapter 11 plan.
