The Creditors’ Committee of Fine Air Services, Inc. retained DSI to provide financial and consulting services to the committee to this Chapter 11 debtor.  DSI’s role included evaluating the debtor’s business operations and business plans, monitoring the financial reporting of the company and assisting as required in the negotiation of a plan of reorganization.   Fine Air Services was a leading provider of air cargo services between the United States and Central and South America, and was the largest scheduled international air cargo carrier serving Miami International Airport, one of the leading airports in the United States for cargo tonnage.
