Case Narrative

Miller Building Corporation was a commercial general contractor with annual revenues of approximately $150 million.  The company built warehouse buildings, office buildings, hotels, apartments and condominiums in the Southeastern United States.  Miller retained DSI to assist in a debt restructuring with its primary lender and to assist in negotiations with its bonding company.  DSI evaluated current jobs, prepared an analysis of costs to complete jobs, versus revenue by job. This work product led to a negotiated settlement with the secured lender and the bonding company.  DSI also assisted in providing transition type services to the company.
