Case Narrative

The Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of National Airlines, Inc. retained DSI to provide financial and consulting services to the committee of this Chapter 11 debtor.  DSI’s role included evaluating the debtor’s business operations and business plans, monitoring the financial reporting of the company and participating in the plan of reorganization negotiations. National Airlines, Inc. was a scheduled passenger carrier operating “long-haul” service from a hub based in Las Vegas to many East Coast, West Coast and Midwest destinations.  National Airlines, Inc. operated an entirely leased fleet of 16 Boeing 757 aircraft.
