Case Narrative

DSI acted as the Receiver for Westholme Partners in Sayreville, New Jersey; Crystal Lake, Illinois; and Seminole County, Florida, and as financial consultant to the receiver in multiple California locations.  DSI prepared analyses and coordinated efforts to complete the projects under construction and evaluate the most efficient use of the land not yet under construction. In Florida, the land comprised 20 acres zoned for commercial use, approximately 35 acres of undeveloped land zoned for residential use and 575 residential lots. In New Jersey, the Receiver completed the development of a large subdivision, including the construction of approximately 40 homes and the adjacent waterfront and, in Illinois, oversaw the completion of approximately 65 homes. As financial consultant to the California receiver, DSI completed 25 residential developments and subdivisions containing thousands of lots in various phases of development.
