Geoffrey L. Berman will be speaking at the Winding Down Companies When Chapter 11 is Not an Option panel during the 2021 American Bankruptcy Institute Winter Leadership Conference on Friday, December 10, 2021, from 3:15 – 4:15p.m. PT.

Chapter 11 doesn’t work for every corporate liquidation. This panel of experts will discuss other ways a corporation can be liquidated, including out-of-court liquidations, receiverships, Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors (ABCs), the Delaware Dissolution Statute and Chapter 7.
