Mr. Morrison has worked on various pre- and post-acquisition due diligence matters including post-acquisition integration and carve-out stand-up assistance in the areas of finance and accounting. Mr. Morrison has a finance and real estate background, having worked full-time in transaction advisory services for over two years where he performed financial due diligence for pre- and post-acquisition matters. Mr. Morrison has also worked for two commercial real estate brokerages and interned for several years at a real estate development firm. In his role as Transaction Manager, Mr. Morrison assisted in the financial underwriting of commercial properties as well as supporting the firm in generating new business. He excels in the analysis and simplification of intricate financial and accounting matters, adeptly conveying essential points with clarity and brevity.

Mr. Morrison has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami, with a major in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Finance.
