Prior to joining DSI, Mr. O’Brien was an audit senior associate at KPMG. He focused primarily on the investment management sector but has also performed audit procedures over commercial real estate and consumer goods audits. Additionally, Mr. O’Brien has performed numerous walk throughs to evaluate the design and operating effectiveness over internal controls of financial reporting.

Mr. O’Brien has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from DePaul University.
