Joseph Zagajeski is a Director in the San Francisco office with over 15 years of experience. He has extensive experience in bankruptcy and insolvency matters, including advising and assisting debtors, trustees and committees in Chapter 7 and 11 cases, forensic accounting, and providing expert witness services. Additionally, Mr. Zagajeski has been involved in Receiverships and Assignments for the Benefit of Creditors.

Mr. Zagajeski’s expertise also includes tracking and tracing cryptocurrency as a Certified Cryptocurrency Forensic Investigator and as a Certified Fraud Examiner. His financial services experience includes roles as a Series 3 commodity broker and a fund accountant for hedge funds.
