David Missner joins DSI as General Counsel

DSI is pleased to announce that David Missner has joined our firm as General Counsel. For over 50 years, Mr. Missner has been one of the top bankruptcy lawyers in Chicago where he provided legal services to debtors, creditor committees, financial institutions, underperforming and distressed companies, and facilitated sales, mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to working with DSI, Mr. Missner was with Rally Capital Services as a senior financial consultant for 11 years and prior to that he was the managing partner of DLA Piper’s Chicago office for 19 years.
