On October 18, 2021, from 5:00pm – 6:30pm PT Geoffrey Berman will be speaking on the Los Angeles Bankruptcy Form Panel via Zoom video conference on the topic of Turning Lemons into Lemonade: How Best to Manage Distressed Assets.

The panel will address how best to manage distressed assets from the perspective of the bankruptcy judge, debtor’s counsel, secured creditor’s counsel addressing foreclosure under the UCC and state real property foreclosure, ABC assignee/receiver, and bankruptcy trustee.
